Q: How long is a short course?

Depending on the short course you are enlisting in, the duration of the course can last up to anywhere between a single day, a few weeks, a few months to two years.

There will be no disconnection within the team as everyone as they have enhanced verbal and written communication skills. Employees will gain a nationally recognized qualification opening up doors of opportunities elsewhere. An added benefit of access to all college facilities and online resources.

Q: What will the first steps be?

  • We will meet with you to understand your organization and its goals and the training needed for particular employees.
  • We will assess these individual employees to set their starting level and learning goals, including those needed for an external qualification.
  • We will also agree on the course length, timetable and syllabus.

Q: How will we assess progress?

  • There will be an ongoing assessment of employees’ progress with individual, middle–and-end-of-course reports. This will include feedback from the employees and their managers on how the training is helping their work performance.
  • Employees will have the option of taking an external exam to gain a nationally recognized qualification.
